By accessing or using THOTH ("the Service") at thothops.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Juan Santana ("we," "us," or "our").
THOTH is an AI-powered documentation generation tool that creates DevOps runbooks, CI/CD pipeline docs, and related technical documentation from infrastructure configuration files you provide. The Service is available on a subscription basis.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
THOTH offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
You agree not to use the Service to upload malicious code, violate any applicable law, infringe on intellectual property rights, or attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models or prompts. You are solely responsible for the content you upload to generate documentation.
You retain ownership of any infrastructure configuration files or other content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of generating documentation. We do not use your uploaded content to train AI models or share it with third parties.
Documentation generated by the Service is provided for your use. You own the generated output and may use it for any lawful purpose. AI-generated content may contain errors — always review generated documentation before using it in production environments.
API keys are provided for programmatic access to the Service. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not share API keys publicly or commit them to public repositories. We reserve the right to revoke keys that are misused.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, THOTH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
